We use a large format industrial laser cutting machine that is extremely precise with up to 0.5mm tolerance. We process standard sheets up to 1500mm x 3000mm and thickness up to 25mm. Altogether with our very own in house 3D tube laser and plate cutting, we cover all your cutting needs.
We use dxf, dwg, autocad and solidworks files for programming. We produce a fast turnaround with the quote with a 2-3 day turnaround (Subject to raw material availability) deliver your order on time, every time.

3D Tube Laser Cutting:
The tube laser at Cost Saving Solutions eliminates the need for secondary processing which results in shorter lead time and reduced production cost. The machine is equipped with a 3D cutting head, 6-axis programming, automated measuring and profile cantering functions which translate to a variety of capabilities including precision cutting, notching, scribing and bevelling. This service is suitable for Balustrade Design, Fencing Fabricators, Stainless Steel experts, Pipe & Structural Fabrication.
